I’m Elis Halenko, a Registered Dietitian based in Canada with a passion for helping busy moms build a balanced life—through nourishing food, mindfulness and realistic wellness.
As a content creator, blogger, and consulting dietitian, I’m here to clear up the confusion around nutrition and offer simple, evidence-based advice that fits into real, everyday life. I believe that healthy eating should feel enjoyable—not restrictive—and that self-care, family life, and feeding your crew shouldn’t be overwhelming.
Whether it’s quick, nutritious meals, mom life hacks, or affordable ideas to make your home more functional and beautiful, I share content that is practical and fun. You’ll also find tips on traveling with kids, fun DIYs, and ways to bring a little more ease and joy into your routines.
I work with brands as a food and nutrition content creator, and I regularly speak on topics like digital media, brand partnerships, and nutrition communications. I’ve presented at institutions including Toronto Metropolitan University, University of Guelph, University of Toronto, and Aramark.

What is a Dietitian?
Registered Dietitians (RDs) are regulated healthcare professionals who specialize in food and nutrition. To earn the RD designation, they must complete a Bachelor’s degree (and often a Master’s), undergo accredited practical training, pass a national licensing exam, and commit to ongoing education to stay current in the field. RDs use science-backed knowledge to support people in making informed, personalized nutrition choices for better health and well-being.

MORE ABOUT Elis Halenko
From the time I was young, I’ve always been a dreamer with big ideas. My mom used to introduce me as someone who loved creating—and she wasn’t wrong. As a kid, I turned our living room into a full-functioning fort, transformed our house into an underwater world for my twin sister’s birthday, and spent hours making homemade treats, skincare, and reorganizing my space just for fun. Creativity has always been my language, and today, that same passion fuels everything I do.
My Career
My love for food started at 16 while flipping through LCBO’s Food & Drink magazine, captivated by the stunning recipes and photography. That passion led me to become a registered dietitian, completing my education and clinical internship. But I always craved a creative outlet—until I discovered the world of food photography and recipe creation through Full Raw Kristina, a vegan YouTuber who sparked my journey into plant-based cooking.
I started crafting my own recipes, honing my photography skills, and sharing my love for mindful eating, wellness, and balanced living. What started as a passion turned into a thriving career in content creation, food marketing, and brand partnerships.
The Community
This path led me to establish my own content creation agency and launch snapstudio55, an online content creation school where I teach others how to bring their visions to life. With years of experience in food styling, brand collaborations, and digital marketing, I’ve built a space that empowers both businesses and individuals to create content that connects.
Now
Beyond food and content creation, I’m passionate about embracing intentional living and finding beauty in the everyday. Whether it’s curating mindful meals, decorating my home, experimenting with pottery, or simply pausing to enjoy the present moment, I love sharing ways to slow down and appreciate the simple joys of life.
Now, I balance my time between running my school, collaborating with brands I love, and indulging in creative projects that fuel my soul. I believe in mindfulness, balance, and making space for what truly matters—and I hope to inspire you to do the same.
