Refund Policy for Digital Products (E-books)
Overview
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of e-books are considered final. Once an e-book has been purchased and the download link or file has been accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
We do, however, want you to be happy with your purchase! If you experience any issues with your download or accidentally purchased multiple copies, please reach out to us at elishalenko.net@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. We’re here to help resolve any technical problems.
Non-Refundable Items

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may be issued in very limited cases, such as:

Accidental duplicate purchases

Technical issues preventing access to the content (and we’ve verified the issue is on our end)
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, and proof of purchase may be required.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been approved but not received:
