MY E-BOOK ON MEDITATION FOR MOMS

I am a dietitian, mom and entrepreneur. I put this resource together for moms like me who struggle with a hyperactive mind, being present and relaxing. I recall my therapist at the time asked me “don’t you have 15 minutes a day you can spend on self care?” And I remember thinking I did not. If you have 1-2 minutes a day or 15, these exercises are made for busy moms who just want to enjoy the present moments and feel more relaxed.
