Sourdough croutons (sourdough bread, cut into bite size cubes, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste)
Baked Brussel sprout chips (olive oil, salt and pepper to taste), on 400 for 10-15 minutes.
Spinach, mixed bag of greens @eatsmartveggies (kale, Brussel sprouts , cabbage, radicchio) , more radicchio added, top with baked croutons, pecans and lemon dressing.
