Rosemary and Garlic Pull-Apart Wreath Bread
The holidays are here! Bailey from @harvesttablenutrition and I are so excited to share this pillowy, doughy rosemary and garlic pull apart wreath bread – perfect for the entertaining over the holidays. I happen to just love bread, when I was a kid once I asked my parents for the “good kind of bread” as part of my Christmas gift. 🎁🎄
Rosemary Garlic Pull-apart Bread Recipe:
rolls:
- 1 1/4 cup of warm milk
- 1 tsp of instant yeast
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 2 tsp of extra virgin oil (p.s I used a slightly different recipe in this video which added more oil but this recipe here is even better!)
- 1/2 tbsp of salt
- 3 cups of all purpose flour, plus more for dusting
garlic butter:
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp of dried thyme
- 1/2 Tbsp of dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Method:
In a bowl or stand mixer with a dough hook, whisk together the warm milk, yeast, maple syrup and oil. Let stand for 5 minutes to allow the yeast to do its thing.
With the mixer on low speed, add salt and flour, and knead until smooth, about 5 min with a mixer, or 8 minutes by hand.
Shape into a lightly greased ball and let rest for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
