The holidays are here! Bailey from @harvesttablenutrition and I are so excited to share this pillowy, doughy rosemary and garlic pull apart wreath bread 🥖 – perfect for the entertaining over the holidays. I happen to just love bread, when I was a kid once I asked my parents for the “good kind of bread” as part of my Christmas gift. 🎁🎄
Here is the recipe:
rolls:
garlic butter:
Method:
In a bowl or stand mixer with a dough hook, whisk together the warm milk, yeast, maple syrup and oil. Let stand for 5 minutes to allow the yeast to do its thing.
With the mixer on low speed, add salt and flour, and knead until smooth, about 5 min with a mixer, or 8 minutes by hand.
Shape into a lightly greased ball and let rest for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
