Strawberry Raspberry Yogurt Popsicles with Pink White Chocolate Glaze
Written by Dietitian & Mom: Elis Halenko
Cool, creamy, and dipped in a delicious strawberry white chocolate glaze—summer snacking has never looked (or tasted) better.
Let’s be real: there’s something magical about a homemade popsicle. Especially when it’s creamy, fruity, AND dipped in a gorgeous pink glaze. These Strawberry Raspberry Yogurt Popsicles are the ultimate blend of fresh berries and protein-packed Greek yogurt, finished with a pink strawberry white chocolate shell that feels as fun as it does indulgent.
The best part? They’re naturally sweetened, freezer-friendly, toddler-approved, and so easy to make. Whether you’re hosting a backyard playdate or need a mid-afternoon mom treat, this recipe brings a little joy (and a lot of color) to your freezer.
Why You’ll Love These Popsicles:
- Made with real fruit and no refined sugar
- Packed with protein and probiotics from Greek yogurt
- Dipped in a 2-ingredient pink glaze made with freeze-dried strawberries
- Kid-friendly AND pretty enough for summer entertaining
- Easy to make ahead and stash in the freezer for sunny days
Ingredients (Makes 6–8 popsicles)
For the Popsicles:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Pink Strawberry White Chocolate Glaze:
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp crushed freeze-dried strawberries (for color & flavor)
Instructions:
1. Blend the Popsicle Base
In a blender, combine strawberries, raspberries, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
2. Pour & Freeze
Pour mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks. Freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight until completely set.
3. Make the Glaze
In a heat-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together (microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring in between). Stir in crushed freeze-dried strawberries until smooth and naturally pink.
4. Dip & Set
Once popsicles are frozen, remove from molds (run under warm water if needed). Dip the tops in the pink glaze or drizzle with a spoon. Lay on a parchment-lined tray and freeze again for 10–15 minutes to set.
Storage Tip:
Store popsicles in a freezer-safe container with parchment between layers. Best enjoyed within 2 weeks (if they last that long!).
Dietitian Notes
These popsicles are more than just a pretty face:
- Strawberries & raspberries are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants
- Greek yogurt offers protein + gut-friendly probiotics
- The glaze adds fun without artificial dyes—thanks to freeze-dried berries
- Lower sugar than store-bought pops, and no weird fillers
Baby or toddler variation: Skip sweetener and glaze. Pour the blended yogurt + berries straight into silicone molds for a gentle first frozen treat.
Variations & Swaps
- Swap raspberries for cherries or blueberries
- Use dairy-free coconut yogurt to make it vegan
- Add a swirl of peanut butter or almond butter for a richer bite
- Mix in crushed granola or coconut flakes before freezing
